Is Lululemon doing Hemming during Covid 19?
The safety of our people and community is very important to us, which means your hemming will become available once our stores reopen. If you’re no longer able to get to the store where you dropped off your gear, not to worry—the store would be more than happy to ship it to you.

Can you pay with two cards on Lululemon?
Please note, we cannot split payments between credit cards. However, we can accept payments split by gift cards and credit cards.
Why did Lululemon cancel my return?
If you can’t select your items to return, it is because your items were received more than 30 days ago and are now outside the change-of-mind returns period. If this is not the case, or you would like to process a quality return outside this period, please head into store or contact our GEC to process your return.
Can final sale items be exchanged?
U.S. All Sales Final policies are not prohibited under federal or any state law. As long as the policy is clear and in writing, retailers do not have to issue a return or refund except when a product is defective.
Does final sale mean no return?
Many stores sell items subject to a “final sale.” What this means, however, is that the customer does not have the right to return it if he doesn’t like it or changes his mind. To that extent the sale is “final.” It does not mean you must accept broken items. If the gift was broken there would be a breach of warranty.
Can a retailer refuse to refund?
The same consumer rights rules apply to second-hand and sale goods from shops. They must be of satisfactory quality and, if they’re faulty, you can return them. In this case, the shop could refuse to refund you.
